1. Is a deposit required?
Yes. A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to secure all appointments. This amount will be deducted from your final service total.
2. Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes. Appointments may be rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time through the rescheduling link provided in your confirmation email.
Please note:
• Rescheduling is permitted once only.
• If no suitable availability is displayed, kindly contact us via email or text for assistance.
3. What if I am feeling unwell before my appointment?
For the safety and comfort of everyone, clients who are feeling unwell or experiencing any symptoms are required to reschedule or cancel their appointment.
4. What is your cancellation policy?
All deposits are strictly non-refundable. If you choose to rebook after cancelling your appointment, a new deposit will be required.
5. Do you work with all hair types?
Yes, we welcome all hair types. However, if you have concerns regarding alopecia, sensitive or bleached scalp, very short hair, extra-long hair, thick hair, or thin hair, we recommend booking a consultation or sending us a photo before scheduling your appointment.
6. Do you provide braid extensions?
Yes, braid extensions are available for purchase. Clients may also bring their own extensions; however, only pre-stretched hair extensions are accepted for braiding services.
7. What is the minimum hair length required?
Hair must be at least 4 inches in length before booking an appointment.
8. What happens if I arrive late?
If you are running late, please notify us in advance via text message or email.
Appointments may be cancelled if you arrive more than 30 minutes late.
9. Should my hair be washed before my appointment?
Yes. All clients are required to arrive with clean, thoroughly washed, and fully blow-dried hair. Hair must be free from dandruff and product build-up.
10. How long will my appointment take?
Estimated service durations are listed under each service. Please note that timing may vary depending on hair length, thickness, texture, and style complexity.
11. What happens if I miss my appointment without notice?
Clients who fail to attend their appointment without cancelling or rescheduling may be required to pay 50% of the booked service total and may lose access to future online bookings.
12. Where can I find the appointment address?
Your appointment address will be included in your booking confirmation email.
13. Can I arrive early to my appointment?
Yes. If you arrive earlier than your scheduled appointment time, please send us a text notification.
14. How can I pay the remaining balance?
The remaining balance can be paid via cash or bank transfer.
15. How should I prepare for my appointment?
Please arrive well-rested, comfortable, and picture-ready. Bright colours are encouraged for photos, and you are welcome to bring snacks and positive energy.
